RESOLUTION NO. 1069
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A REQUEST TO
ADD WALL SIGNS TO AN EXISTING SIGN PROGRAM. THE
SIGN PROGRAM ONLY ALLOWS A GROUND SIGN.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 20151 Stevens Creek Boulevard (northeast corner
of Randy Lane and Stevens Creek Boulevard)

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with
respect to this application:
1) That the proposed Sign Program is consistent with the provisions
for commercial establishments contained in Ordinance No. 746.
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated
herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions
as enumerated herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application
HC -51,320.1, except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
9. The wall sign portion of the approved Sign Program shall consist of
the following provisions:
Wall Sign (one per tenant)
a) Size = 18 sq. ft./face; single face.
b) Type = Internal illumination, metal cabinet.
c) Color = brown cabinet; ivory plex background;
copy color limited to those currently
displayed on the site's existing ground sign.
d) Mounting = Centered on fascia above tenant space
doorway.
10. No permanent window signs are approved under this Sign Program.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 1983, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Committee Member Higdon and Chairperson Nobel

ABSENT: Committee Members Morrison and Rooker
