Box 23444, Oakland California 94623 LOCATION: 10990 North Stelling Road, Cupertino, CA 95014 FINDING• The Ar�iitectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application. 1. That tue proposed Planned Development Sign Program is generally consistent with the provisions of Ordinance 746 regarding identification of commercial establishments. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1--7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F-1 1st Revision, F-2, and F-3 of Application HC -51,216.5, except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. The existing Homestead Center sign shall be removed from this site prior to or concurrent with installation of the approved "McDonald's" ground sign. Relocation of the "Homestead Center" sign shall require a separate sign permit application signed by the management of Homestead Center. The conceptual relocation position shown on Exhibit F-2 is not approved. .10. All "McDonald's" tenant -nacre panels displayed on the existing Homestead Center ground signs shall be removed -prior to installation of the approved gound sign. 11. The existing building -mounted individual -letter, illuminated sign shall be removed prior to installation of the approved ground sign. 12. Final location of the McDonald's ground sign shall be subject to review by the City's traffic engineer. 13.
