RESOLUTION NO. 1067
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF
THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE
AND ARCHITECTURE FOR ADDITION OF A 2,600 SQ. FT.
PRIVATE CAFETERIA WITHIN AN EXISTING INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX.
PROPERTY OWNER: Intersil, Inc.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 10900 Tantau Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014
FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds that the proposed addition
is in keeping with the scale of existing development on the site and is con-
sistent with applicable zoning regulations.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A-1 and B-1 of --
this application except as may be amended by conditions contained herein.
9. Exhibit A-1 shall be revised at the building permit stage to include a
delivery/loading space and trash receptacle enclosure.
10. All roof -mounted appurtenances shall be screened with materials compatible
with the scale and exterior treatment of the building.
11. Floor height of the proposed structure shall be lowered to the approximate
surrounding grade of the parking area, and the building shall be painted
to match the stonework color of Building T-2.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 1983, at the regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
