FT. PRIVATE CAFETERIA WITHIN AN EXISTING INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX. PROPERTY OWNER: Intersil, Inc. APPLICANT: Royaden F. Stark ADDRESS: 3565 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, California 94306 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 10900 Tantau Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014 FINDING: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds that the proposed addition is in keeping with the scale of existing development on the site and is con- sistent with applicable zoning regulations. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A-1 and B-1 of -- this application except as may be amended by conditions contained herein. 9. Exhibit A-1 shall be revised at the building permit stage to include a delivery/loading space and trash receptacle enclosure. 10. All roof -mounted appurtenances shall be screened with materials compatible with the scale and exterior treatment of the building. 11.
