PROPERTY OWNER: Russell Bates APPLICANT: Russell Bates ADDRESS: 13699 Sarahills Drive, Saratoga, California 95070 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest quadrant of Blaney Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard FINDINGS: 1) The proposed sign program is consistent with the general provisions of the City Sign Ordinance No. 746 for commercial businesses. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to theextentthat they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A-1 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. Criteria for the proposed sign program for building "B" are as follow: A) Sign type - Single -faced interior - illuminated metal "can" with plastic face. B) Sign size - Height: 2 ft.; Length: Less than 70% of tenant frontage on which mounted. Area: Equal to 1 sq. ft./l ft. of wall length on which sign is located. C) Placemount - Attached to fascia in proximity to public entry, minimum 8 ft. walkway entrance. D) Color - Background: Ivory #2146; Copy: Rust #2380 or equivalent. E) Number of signs - 1 building -mounted sign per tenant; use of ground sign per Condition No 11 of ASAC Resolution No. 849.
