RESOLUTION NO. 1064
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAI FOR A SINGLE -TENANT
OFFICE STRUCTURE.
PROPERTY OWNER: Sobrato Development Company
APPLICANT: Apple Computer, Corporate Facilities
ADDRESS: 20525 North De Anza Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014
LCOATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest Quadrant, Lazaneo Drive and North De Anza Boulevard
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. The proposed sign program is generally -consistent with the provisions of the
Sign Ordinance; however, the unique requirements for signing owing to the
single tenant useage of this site suggest that this sign program not be
transferrable to succeeding tenants.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A -1, B-1 and B-2
of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
9. This sign program shall be limited to use by Apple Computer, Inc. for the
duration of their tenancy at the subject location,,and.is not transferrable.
Succeeding tenants shall be required to obtain approval of a new sign program.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
