RESOLUTION NO. 1063
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE,
LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING FOR A 115,000 ± SQ. FT.
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 10600 Ridgeview Court; southeast quadrant of Pruneridge

FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to
this application:
1. The proposed development is consistent with the provisions of Planning
Commission Resolution No. 2170, and applicable provisions of Architectural
and Site Approval Committee Resolution No. 984.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
snail apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A -1, B-1, C-1,
and D-1 of Application HC -51,563.1 except as may be amended by
special conditions contained herein.
9. The general landscape theme depicted on Exhibit C-1 is approved. Landscape
details provided at the building permit level shall reinforce consistency
with the landscape theme established on parcels one and three of the 31 acre
complex.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 1953, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Members Higdon, Morrison, Rooker and Chairperson Nobel
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: None
