FT. LIGHT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING. PROPERTY OWNER: Grosvenor Cupertino Partnership APPLICANT: V.C. Wong and Associates ADDRESS: 2901 Gordon Avenue, Santa Clara, California 95051 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 10600 Ridgeview Court; southeast quadrant of Pruneridge Avenue FINDING: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The proposed development is consistent with the provisions of Planning Commission Resolution No. 2170, and applicable provisions of Architectural and Site Approval Committee Resolution No. 984. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein snail apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A -1, B-1, C-1, and D-1 of Application HC -51,563.1 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. The general landscape theme depicted on Exhibit C-1 is approved. Landscape details provided at the building permit level shall reinforce consistency with the landscape theme established on parcels one and three of the 31 acre complex.
