PROPERTY OWNER: Alan Byers APPLICANT: California Good Earth ADDRESS: 1058 Elwell Court, Palo Alto, California 94303 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 20840 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014 FINDING: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed redevelopment of this site, as amended by Conditions of Approval contained herein, is in conformance with City of Cupertino ordinances and General Plan provisions. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A-1, A-2, B-1 and B-2 of Application HC -51,015.715 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9, Project parking shall conform to the parking ratio for restaurants generally defined for the CG zone as follows: One (1) space for every four (4) seats plus one (1) space for each employee on duty at peak hour of employment. 10. Planned sign program details shall be subject to staff approval, and shall conform to the provisions of Section 6.03 of the Sign Ordinance. 11.
