OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING FOR CONVERSION
OF A PORTION OF THE EXISTING OFF-STREET PARKING AREA
TO A SATELLITE COMMUNICATION ANTENNA STATION WITH
PERIPHERAL EQUIPMENT.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
3. The recommendion of approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application
HC -51,075.332 except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
9. A final planting and irrigation plan for the remodeled landscape area
affected by this application shall be approved by staff prior to release
of construction permits.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
