PROPERTY OWNER: William R. Teglia APPLICANT: Alan M. Harris/Laurence of London ADDRESS: 1515-A Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road, Cupertino, CA 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: West side of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road approximately 525 ft. south of Wildflower Way and 800 ft. north of Prospect Road. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The sign program is consistent with Sign Ordinance No. 746. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit A-1 and the letter from Allan Harris dated June 30, 1983. 9. Architectural and Site Approval Committee Standard Conditions pertaining to street and sidewalk improvements shall be waived. 10. Fascia -mounted signs shall not exceed 20 inches in height. 11. Sign length and area shall be consistent with Section 6.03.2 of the Sign Ordinance. 12. All copy shall be of a dark color. 13.
