OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF
A 4,100 SQ. FT. ADDITION TO AN EXISTING 2,200
SQ. FT. INDUSTRIAL BUILDING.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Imperial Avenue and Olive Avenue.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. The proposed site layout relies on an easement which eliminates the potential
for providing an interim solution to parking problems associated with the parcel
south of the subject parcel.
2. The project's F.A.R. of .38 is inconsistent with the maximum .33 F.A.R. proposed
in the new General Plan.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1983, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
