OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING
DENIAL OF A 4,400 SQ. FT. ADDITION TO AN EXISTING
2,200 SQ. FT. INDUSTRIAL BUILDING.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Imperial Avenue and Olive Avenue.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. The proposed easement eliminates any potential for the adjoining property to
the south to comply with City/County parking standards in the future.
2. The project is inconsistent with the proposed General Plan. The new General
Plan proposes a FAR of .33 for the subject site. The applicant requests a
.4 FAR.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of theCity of Cupertino, State of
