HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1056IIC-51,365.11 RESOLUTION NO. 1056 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO THE COLOR REQUIREMENTS OF A PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED SIGN PROGRAM. PROPERTY OWNER: Downey Savings APPLICANT: Comet Neon and Plastic Signs ADDRESS: 611 Rocksprings Road, Escondido, California 92025 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: West side of De Anza Boulevard approximately 650 ft. north of McClellan Road and 400 ft. south of Rodrigues Avenue. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The modification is consistent with the intent of Sign Ordinance No. 746. 2. The modification will promote continuity throughout the center. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits B and F-1 of Application HC -51,365.11 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. Sign"B"in Exhibit F-1 is not included in this approval. 10. The copy size of "Regional Training Center" will be increased and the size of "Downey Savings" reduced until they are of a comparable size. 11. The applicant shall first obtain a building permit for and then replace the middle tenant's sign face prior to the issuance of a building permit for the Regional Training Center's sign.
