HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1055HC -51,027.4 RESOLUTION NO. .1055 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING THE MODIFICATION OF AN EXISTING SIGN PROGRAM TO INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL BUILDING -MOUNTED SIGN AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT F-3. PROPERTY OWNER: Great Western Savings APPLICANT: Hagman Associates ADDRESS: 114 Santa Margarita, Menlo Park, California 94025 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of De Anza Boulevard and Rodrigues Avenue. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The proposed sign (Type "B") is only two sq. ft. over the size exempt from the ordinance. The additional two sq. ft. is necessary to make the sign's length proportional to the automatic teller window. 2. The sign is consistent with the intent of Sign Ordinance No. 746. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectual and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A-2 and F-3 of Application HC -51,027.4 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. The wall -mounted sign identifed as "Type A" on the west elevation in Exhibit A-2 is not approved. 10.
