HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1053HC -51,330.21 RESOLUTION NO. 1053 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING. PROPERTY OWNER: Charles R. Rifredi APPLICANT: Robert F. Mackey ADDRESS: 21695A Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 130 ft. east of Adriana Avenue and 240 ft. west of the railroad tracks. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The sign program is consistent with the criteria outlined in the Monta Vista Design Guidelines and the Cupertino Sign Ordinance. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit A of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. The sign program shall consist of the following: a. Mackey Floor Coverings - Painted sign on east wall per Exhibit "A". The sign shall be painted directly on the wall. b. Monta Vista Market - Existing painted sign on west wall and projecting sign on Stevens Creek Boulevard. c. TW Communications - No sign is approved at this time. ASAC shall review any future sign for consistency with the signs of the other tenants. 10. The street address shall be eliminated from the Mackey Floor Coverings sign. 11.
