HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1051HC -51,015.21 RESOLUTION NO. 1051 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO MODIFY THE FASCIA BETWEEN CROCKER BANK AND SERVICE MERCHANDISING IN THE CROSSROADS CENTER. PROPERTY OWNER: Byer Properties APPLICANT: Gene Barbour/Ad-Art Electrical Products Corporation ADDRESS: 1607 Terminal Avenue, San Jose, CA 95112 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 600 ft. west of De Anza Boulevard (Mervyn's half of Crossroads Center). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The modification will create greater architectural consistency within the Crossroads Center by making the fascia between Service Merchandising and Crocker Bank consistent with the fascia west of Crocker Bank. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The fascia between Service Merchandising and Crocker Bank shall be modified to match the fascia west of Crocker Bank. 9. The roof screen above "Golden Horn Restaurant" shall be painted white to match the new fascia. 10.
