RESOLUTION NO. 1045
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING SITE,
ARCHITECTURAL, AND LANDSCAPING APPROVAL FOR
MODIFICATIONS TO AN EXISTING APARTMENT COMPLEX.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: East side of Blaney Avenue approximately 300 ft

FINDINGS:

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. The modifications are highly desireable in that they shall help upgrade a
property that is currently run down.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A-1, B, B -1, B-2, B-3,
B-4, B-5 and Informational of Application HC -51,584.1 except as may be
amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The buildings and fences (including perimeter fencing) shall be painted
as necessary. Broken boards in the perimeter fence shall be replaced.
The perimeter fence shall also be straightened in any location it leans.
10. Trash areas shall be screened as shown in Exhibit B-5.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of California,
by the following roll call vote:
