RESOLUTION NO. 1043
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING
SINGLE TENANT COMMERCIAL BUILDING.
PROPERTY OWNER: Taro Yamagami
APPLICANT: Photo Drive -up (Bob Lawrence)
ADDRESS: 1375 Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road, Cupertino, CA 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and Wildflower
Way (1375 Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road).
FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. The program is consistent with the intent of Sign Ordinance No. 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F -3rd Revision of
Application HC -51,558.1 except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
9. The 7.5 sq. ft. sign on the north side of the building is not approved.
10. The existing ground sign is included as part of this sign program.
11. The street number shall appear on the building or the ground sign.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of January, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
