PROPERTY OWNER: Frangadakis, Frangadakis, Fragiadakis and Santacroce APPLICANT: Frangadakis, Frangadakis, Fragiadakis and Santacroce ADDRESS: 10601 So. De Anza Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Approximately 450 ft. south of McClellan Road and 150 ft. north of Kirwin Lane. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The sign program is consistent with Sign Ordinance No. 746. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A and B of Application HC -51,180.12 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. The copy shall consist of the following: "10601" - Engraved in a glu-laminated beam.
