RESOLUTION NO. 1041
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE
APPROVAL FOR AN 8 FT. x 15 FT. AWNING.
PROPERTY OWNER: Cupertino Crossroads
APPLICANT: Javelin Corporation (Pablo's)
ADDRESS: 20840 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Stevens Creek Boulevard, approximately 200 ft.
west of Saich Way (20840 Stevens Creek Boulevard).

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. The awning will be an asset to the building's appearance. Approval is
consistent with past Architectural and Site Approval Committee actions.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated.
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A -1, B-1 1st Revision,
and Informational of Application HC -51,015.715 except as may be amended
by special conditions contained herein.
9. The applicant shall comply with Cupertino parking requirements. This may
require the removal of seats from the restaurant.
10. The vertical supports shall consist of 6 x 6 wood posts or an equivalent
diameter pipe. These supports are subject to staff approval.
11. The canopy and posts shall be burgundy in color.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of January, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
