RESOLUTION NO. 1040
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE
APPROVAL FOR A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE
IN A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT.
PROPERTY OWNER: Wayne H. Sargent & Gloria J. Sargent
APPLICANT: Louis Saiia
ADDRESS: 888 Foster City Boulevard, Foster City, CA 94404
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: North side of Orogrande Place, approximately 425 ft. west
of Stelling Road (21203 Orogrande Place).

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. The proposal is consistent with the Planning Commission Resolution No. 2337.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A and B of
Application HC -51,502.2 excent as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
9. The house shall not encroach into the 22 ft. Santa Clara Valley ?dater
District easement bordering Regnart Creek.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
