PROPERTY OWNER: Marius E. Nelsen, et al APPLICANT: Marius E. Nelsen, et al ADDRESS: 21801 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 21801 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval finds as follows with respect to this application. 1. The proposed wall sign is consistent with Sign Ordinance No. 746. 2. A second ground sign is inconsistent with Sign Ordinance No. 746. 3. Neli's Deli has signage on the existing ground sign. This ground sign could be redesigned to give more prominence to the delicatessen. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The approval is based upon Exhibits A 1st Revision and F 1st Revision of Application HC -51,510.1 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 9. Sign B is not approved. 10. The sign shall have a dark brown background with yellow letters.
