RESOLUTION NO. 1003
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING
SIGN PROGRAM TO ALLOW A WALL SIGN AND
DENYING A MODIFICATION TO ALLOW AN
ADDITIONAL GROUND SIGN.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval finds as follows with respect to this application.
1. The proposed wall sign is consistent with Sign Ordinance No. 746.
2. A second ground sign is inconsistent with Sign Ordinance No. 746.
3. Neli's Deli has signage on the existing ground sign. This ground sign could
be redesigned to give more prominence to the delicatessen.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
8. The approval is based upon Exhibits A 1st Revision and F 1st Revision of
Application HC -51,510.1 as may be amended by additional conditions contained
herein.
9. Sign B is not approved.
10. The sign shall have a dark brown background with yellow letters. The colors
shall match those of the existing ground sign.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
