HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1002HC -51,283.4 RESOLUTION NO. 1002 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING SIGN PROGRAM TO ALLOW A 14 FOOT LONG SIGN FOR ONE TENANT. PROPERTY OWNER: The Stoneson Development Corporation APPLICANT: The Stoneson Development Corporation ADDRESS: 3150 Twentieth Avenue, San Francisco, California 94132 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 21265 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The proposed modification is consistent with Sign Ordinance No. 746. 2. The tenant requesting the modification has more store frontage than most of the other tenants. CONDITONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application HC -51,283.4 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 9.
