RESOLUTION NO. 1002
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING
SIGN PROGRAM TO ALLOW A 14 FOOT LONG
SIGN FOR ONE TENANT.
PROPERTY OWNER: The Stoneson Development Corporation
APPLICANT: The Stoneson Development Corporation
ADDRESS: 3150 Twentieth Avenue, San Francisco, California 94132
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 21265 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. The proposed modification is consistent with Sign Ordinance No. 746.
2. The tenant requesting the modification has more store frontage than most of
the other tenants.
CONDITONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application HC -51,283.4 as may be
amended by additional conditions contained herein.
9. This modification applies only to the wall sign for "A Clean Well Lighted
Place".

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 1981, at the regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
