HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1001HC -51,553.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1001 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ADDITION OF 55,000 SQUARE FEET TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED 181,800 SQUARE FOOT LIGHT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING. PROPERTY OWNER: Grosvenor International APPLICANT: Trilogy Systems Corporation ADDRESS: 5150 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara, California 95050 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Parcel 3 of property bounded by Pruneridge Avenue, Junipero Serra Freeway, Wolfe Road to the west and Tantau to the east. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed addition is consistent with approval granted under Planning Commission Resolution No. 2199. 2. That the proposed addition is architecturally consistent with the previously approved building. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, B -1, B-2 and C of Application HC -51,553.1 9.
