OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATIONS
TO AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING.

FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. The proposed modifications will enhance the subject property and are minor
in nature.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The approval is based on Exhibits A and B of Application HC -51,148.1 as
may be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
9. Four 15 -gallon trees shall be planted along Alves Drive per staff approval.
These trees may displace four parking spaces.
