PROPERTY OWNER: Sutro G.H.L. Realty Funds c/o Horth & Lawless Properties APPLICANT: Lucky Stores, Inc. (Gemco) ADDRESS: 1701 Marian Boulevard, San Leandro, California 94577 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 20745 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 FINDING: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The proposed modifications will enhance the subject property and are minor in nature. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The approval is based on Exhibits A and B of Application HC -51,148.1 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 9.
