RESOLUTION NO. 999
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A SIGN EXCEPTION TO ALLOW TWO BUILDING
MOUNTED IDENTIFICATION SIGNS ON AN EXISTING BUILDING.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. The existing cast -in -place "COAST" sign on the south side of the building
is unique and compliments the building's architecture.
2. The proposal is consistent with the intent of Sign Ordinance No. 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as emumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F-7, 1st Revision of
Application HC -51,458.12 except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
9. The existing cast -in -place "COAST" sign on the south side of the building
shall not be filled in.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 1981, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of California,
by the following roll call vote:
