RESOLUTION NO. 997
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A NEW
BUILDING.
PROPERTY OWNER: Far West Savings and Loan Association
APPLICANT: Electrical Products Corporation
ADDRESS: 950 30th Street, Oakland, California 94608
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Finch Avenue and Craft Drive.
FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. The subject sign program is consistent with the intent and purpose of Sign
Ordinance No. 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, and B-1 of
Application HC -51,487.1 except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
9. Signs labeled E and D on Exhibit A are not approved.
10. A window sign or small directional sign under 3 1/2 ft. tall may be placed
near the door on the south side of the building subject to staff approval.
11. ASAC or its' staff shall retain the authority to review and require
correction of any off -site light intensity impacts for any sign approved
under the application.
12. The portion of sign "B" reserved for tenant use as illustrated in Exhibit
B-1 is approved subject to ASAC review.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 1981, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of California,
by the following roll call vote:
