RESOLUTION NO. 994
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE
APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A
COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED ON STEVENS
CREEK BOULEVARD AND MANN DRIVE.
PROPERTY OWNER: Marius and Susan Nelsen

ADDRESS: 229 Polaris Avenue 016, Mountain View, California 94043
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Mann Drive and Stevens Creek Boulevard.
FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the subject sign program for this commercial building is consistent
with the intent and purpose of Sign Ordinance 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F of this application
except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1981 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
