PROPERTY OWNER: Marius and Susan Nelsen APPLICANT: Marius and Susan Nelsen ADDRESS: 229 Polaris Avenue 016, Mountain View, California 94043 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Mann Drive and Stevens Creek Boulevard. FINDING: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the subject sign program for this commercial building is consistent with the intent and purpose of Sign Ordinance 746. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
