RESOLUTION NO. 993
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A PHOTO DRIVE -UP ESTABLISHMENT
LOCATED ON SARATOGA-SUNNYVALE ROAD.
PROPERTY OWNER: Tazo Yamagami
APPLICANT: Cal Neon for Gregg Bunker
ADDRESS: 1357 Kooser Road, San Jose, California 95125
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and Wildflower Way.
FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the subject sign program as modified by the following conditions
is consistent with the intent and purpose of Sign Ordinance 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The background color of the building mounted signs to match the existing
cream white building color per Exhibit F 1st Revision.
9. The free-standing sign shall be relocated outside of the future street right-
of-way along Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and modified to be in conformance wi
City of Cupertino standards relating to height and size.
10. The sign copy is to only identify the business name and shall not advertise
particular services offered or specific features of the business.
11. The number and size of the building mounted signs shall conform to the
limitations of the Sign Ordinance.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1981 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
