RESOLUTION NO. 992
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, AND LANDSCAPING FOR
A 139,300 SQ. FT. LIGHT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed development is consistent with approval granted
under Planning Commission No. 2200.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, A -1, B, C, and
E of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
9. A 9 ft. side yard shall be provided at the south side of Unit 7B.
1O. A minimum 20 ft. rear yard shall be provided along the northerly property
line of the site.
11. Automatic roll -up garage doors shall be provided.
12. Masonry wall details shall be provided for approval at staff level.
13. The side elevations of Units 1B, 8B, and 9B shall be provided with arch-
itectural relief, including windows, subject to staff approval.
14. Trees shall be installed by the developer along the southern boundary
of this site.
15. The Blaney Avenue frontage landscaping theme shall be sensitive to the
clear vision areas depicted in Exhibit A -l. Planting materials and
mounding in this area are subject to approval of the Traffic Engineer.
16. The tree types along Beekman Place and Blaney Avenue shall be reviewed
by staff to ensure some continuity with existing street trees.
17. The applicant shall provide a detailed color scheme at the building
permit stage which provides greater variety of interest to the subject
development. Staff shall refer the color scheme to ASAC for informal
review prior to issuance of building permits.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
