HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 0991HC -51,563.1 RESOLUTION NO. 991 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, AND LANDSCAPING FOR A 139,300 SQ. FT. LIGHT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING. PROPERTY OWNER: Grosvenor International APPLICANT: V. C. Wong and Associates, Incorporated ADDRESS: 2901 Gordon Avenue, Santa Clara, California 95051 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Pruneridge Avenue approximately 1,000 ft. westerly of Tantau Avenue. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed development is consistent with approval granted under Planning Commission No. 2170 which established the master use permit for this site. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, B-1 and C of this application except as may be amended by special conditions herein. 9. The general landscape theme portrayed in Exhibit D is approved. Landscaping details provided at the building permit level shall conform with the basic theme established in the Trilogy Systems Corporation Application HC -51,553.1. 10. Signing and lighting details are continued to a date uncertain. A consistent theme shall be used for the entire 31 -acre development. 11.
