RESOLUTION NO. 991
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, AND LANDSCAPING FOR
A 139,300 SQ. FT. LIGHT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING.
PROPERTY OWNER: Grosvenor International
APPLICANT: V. C. Wong and Associates, Incorporated
ADDRESS: 2901 Gordon Avenue, Santa Clara, California 95051
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Pruneridge Avenue approximately 1,000
ft. westerly of Tantau Avenue.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed development is consistent with approval granted
under Planning Commission No. 2170 which established the master
use permit for this site.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, B-1 and C
of this application except as may be amended by special conditions herein.
9. The general landscape theme portrayed in Exhibit D is approved. Landscaping
details provided at the building permit level shall conform with the basic
theme established in the Trilogy Systems Corporation Application HC -51,553.1.
10. Signing and lighting details are continued to a date uncertain. A
consistent theme shall be used for the entire 31 -acre development.
11. Detailed color samples and material board shall be returned for informal
ASAC review to ensure compatibility with other developments in the area.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1981 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
