RESOLUTION NO. 990
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO A GROUND SIGN LOCATED AT
THE PACIFIC VALLEY BANK SITE.
PROPERTY OWNER: De Anza Venture, a partnership
APPLICANT: Office of Dan O'Keefe, 12th Senatorial Distrist
ADDRESS: 10020 North De Anza Boulevard, Cupertino, California
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast quadrant of De Anza Boulevard and Stevens Creek Boulevard.
FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. The proposed addition will exceed normal size limitations for this ground sign.
However, the increase is justified by the public service it will provide in
identifying a state legislator.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application
HC -51,421.4 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The sign shall match the design and color scheme of the existing Contempo
Realty panel.
10. Approval for this sign panel is granted on a temporary basis only. At such
time as the Senator vacates this site, a public service will no' longer be
provided, and the sign shall be removed. Future tenants shall not be permitted
to utilize this sign panel area.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1981, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of California,
by the following roll call vote:
