RESOLUTION NO. 986
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO,
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE,
LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING FOR A PROPOSED
3,100 SQ. FT. LIGHT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING.

FINDING:
The proposed development plan is consistent with the City's design standards.
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A 1st Revision and
C 1st Revision of this application except as may be amended by special
conditions contained herein.
9. The handicapped stall shall be increased to the standard width of 12 ft.
10. The mansard roof treatment shall be continued around the entire building
with the exception of the portion of the building wall located on the
westerly property line.
11. The property owner should record a covenant acceptable to the City Attorney,
agreeing to provide reciprocal ingress/egress easements with the adjoining
properties at such time in the future as the City can require the same of
the adjoining property owners.
12. A 6 ft. wood fence shall be installed adjacent to the westerly property line.
13. A maximum building height of 20 ft. shall be permitted adjacent to the
westerly property. The overall building height may be as much as 23 ft.
otherwise.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
