COMMITTEE APPROVING A DECORATIVE STATUARY

FINDING:
The proposed statue is a decorative feature that is compatible with the
distinctively Western nature of this business, and therefore merits approval
in accordance with provisions of Section 7.04 of the Sign Ordinance.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated
herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions
as enumerated herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
