RESOLUTION NO. 984
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE,
ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING FOR A 181,800
SQ. FT. LIGHT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING.
PROPERTY OWNER: Grosvenor International
APPLICANT: Trilogy Systems Corporation
ADDRESS: 5150 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara, California 95050
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Pruneridge Avenue approximately 500 ft. westerly
westerly of Tantau Avenue.

FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed development is consistent with approval granted under
Planning Commission Resolution No. 2170.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, B-1 and C of
this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
9. The general landscape theme portrayed in Exhibit C is approved. Landscaping
details provided at the building permit level shall establish the basic
theme to be used throughout the 31 -acre development.
10. Signing and lighting details are continued to a date uncertain. A consistent
theme shall be used for the entire 31 -acre development.
11. In the event that the applicant wishes to provide the detached parking
structure and maximum building square footage permitted by Use Permit
Application 27-U-80, ASAC review and approval shall be required for these
modifications.
12. Future buildings to be constructed on the 31 -acre Grosvenor site shall be
compatible in architectural character with the Trilogy project.
13. The wall surrounding the corporation yard shall meet or exceed the height
of the highest tank in said yard.
14. Spacing of trees in the parking lot shall be similar to the concept depicted
in the landscape plan (ExhibitC ).

15. The applicant shall improve the two major driveways extending from the
north (Pruneridge Avenue) and the westerly property lines of the
31 -acre site.
