OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATIONS FOR AN
EXISTING BANK.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest quadrant of Stevens Creek Boulevard and De Anza Blvd.
FINDING:
The proposed enclosure is in keeping with the architectural character of this
building.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits B 1st Revision and
B 2nd Revision of this application except as may be amended by special
conditions contained herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May, 1981, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Committee Members: Higdon, Miller, Nobel and Chairman Rooker
