PROPERTY OWNER: John M. Saich APPLICANT: Bank of America, N.T. & S.A. ADDRESS: 20563 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest quadrant of Stevens Creek Boulevard and De Anza Blvd. FINDING: The proposed enclosure is in keeping with the architectural character of this building. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits B 1st Revision and B 2nd Revision of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
