RESOLUTION NO. 981
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ARCHITECTURAL AND LANDSCAPING MODIFICATIONS
TO AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL SITE.
PROPERTY OWNER: Silver Oaks West

FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed modifications will enhance the subject development.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits B-3 1st Revision,
and Exhibit C 3rd Revision of this application except as may be amended
by special conditions contained herein.
9. The proposed Ivy shall be deleted in favor of another groundcover type.
10. An acoustic consultant shall provide a report to staff concerning probable
impacts of the proposed windows.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of May, 1981, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
