OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR
AN EXISTING SHOPPING CENTER.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southerly side of Homestead Road, easterly of Foothill Blvd.

FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the subject sign program for this shopping center is consistent
with the intent and purpose of Sign Ordinance 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F and F-1 of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall retain
the authority to review and require correction of off -site light intensity
impacts for any sign approved under this application.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1981 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
