PROPERTY OWNER: Mr. Al Martin APPLICANT: Foothill Plaza ADDRESS: 22350 Homestead Road, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southerly side of Homestead Road, easterly of Foothill Blvd. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDING: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the subject sign program for this shopping center is consistent with the intent and purpose of Sign Ordinance 746. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F and F-1 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9.
