RESOLUTION NO. 977
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE APPROVING SIGN PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
FOR AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING.
PROPERY OWNER: Don Bradley, Joseph & Rose Arata
APPLICANT: Gazdar Developers and Builders, Inc.
ADDRESS: 10680 S. De Anza Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: East side of De Anza Boulevard, north of Bollinger Road
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That subject sign program is consistent with provisions contained in Ordinance
746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application HC -51,
466.1 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The sign posts shall extend 50 in. above the existing grade.
10. The sign posts shall be constructed of wood.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1981 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
