PROPERY OWNER: Don Bradley, Joseph & Rose Arata APPLICANT: Gazdar Developers and Builders, Inc. ADDRESS: 10680 S. De Anza Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: East side of De Anza Boulevard, north of Bollinger Road FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That subject sign program is consistent with provisions contained in Ordinance 746. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application HC -51, 466.1 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. The sign posts shall extend 50 in. above the existing grade. 10.
