HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 0975HC -51,299.1 RESOLUTION NO. 975 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A FENCE ALONG THE SOUTHERLY PERIMETER OF AN AUTOMOBILE SALES FACILITY. PROPERTY OWNER: Paul Weiss APPLICANT: Paul Weiss ADDRESS: 20955 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, CA. 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Stelling Road and Stevens Creek Blvd. FINDING: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed security fence, with modifications as specified below, will present a satisfactory appearance to the community. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumeratedherein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application HC -51,299.1 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. Approval is granted for the installation of steel bollards adjacent to the southerly property line. 10. The bollards shall be cut to a height of 30 in. or less. 11. Bollards in front of the showroom lawn area shall be painted "landscape green". 12. The applicants and staff shall investigate the feasibility of deleting every other post to create a 7 ft. spacing. The Sheriff's Department shall be consulted to assess security implications of wider spacing.
