PROPERTY OWNER: Vallco Park, Ltd. APPLICANT: Vallco Park, Ltd. ADDRESS: PO Drawer V, Cupertino, California 95015 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Wolfe Road and Homestead Road (Vallco Village Shopping Center) FINDING: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed sign modification is consistent with provisions of Sign Ordinance No. 746. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A and F-6 of Application HC -51,075.441 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. The height of vertical wood posts at both ends of the ground sign shall he level with the top of the restaurant panel. 10. ASAC or its staff shall retain the authority to review and require correction of any off -site lighting impacts from signs approved under this application. 11.
