Application HC -51,458.12 - Coast Federal Savings and Loan Association requesting approval of exception to Sign Ordinance No. 746, Section 6.03.1 in order to allow two building mounted identification signs. The subject property is located on the north side of Stevens Creek Boulevard, approximately 126 ft. west of North De Anza Boulevard. 2. Application HC -51,487.1 - Far West Savings and Loan Association requesting approval of a sign program for property located on the southwest corner of Finch Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard. INFORMAL REVIEW OF USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS: 3. Application 25-U-81 - Nicholas Speno requesting a Use Permit to allow construction of a 9,217 sq. ft. office building on approximately 18 acres. The subject site is located at the southwest corner of Stern Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard. The site will require annexation to Cupertino. 4. Application 26-U-81 - K -Land Consultant Engineers, Incorporated requesting Use Permit to allow construction of a 3,450 sq. ft. office building on approximately .30 acres. The subject property is L-shaped within the southwest corner of North De Anza Boulevard and McClellan Road. It is located approximately 120 ft. south of McClellan Road and 90 ft. west of North De Anza Boulevard. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 5. Application HC -51,564.0 - H & R Block requesting approval of a sign program and exception to Sign Ordinance No. 746, Section 6.03.1. The subject property is located approximately 150 ft. west of North Blaney Avenue on the north side of Stevens Creek Boulevard. 6. Application HC -51,487.1 - Far West Savings and Loan Association requesting informal review of modification to paving treatment for 19 -unit townhouse project.
