NEW BUSINESS:
1. Application HC -51,383.2 - Good Samaritan Church requesting approval of
two temporary storage buildings. The subject site is located on the southeast
corner of Homestead Road and Linnet Street.
INFORMAL REVIEW OF USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS:
2. Application 23-U-81 - Town Center Properties, Ltd. requesting a Use Permit
to allow construction of 366 condominium residential units and 28,000 sq. ft.
of commercial/office space. The subject property consists of 14.15 acres
located between Stevens Creek Blvd. and Rodrigues Ave.,approximately 700 ft.
west of South Blaney Avenue.
3. Application 7-U-81 - Lincoln Properties, Co. requesting a Use Permit to
allow construction of two office buildings totaling 130,840 sq. ft. One
building is proposed to be two -stories, the other three -stories. The subject
property consists of approximately seven acres located at the northwest and
northeast corners of Rodrigues and Torre Avenues, in the Town Center area.
