NOTE: Oral Staff Reports and Recommendations will be presented at
meeting. Exhibits and background materials are enclosed for
your review.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Application HC -51,541.1 - Clearlake Development Company requesting
approval of site, architecture and landscaping for a two-story
office building consisting of approximately 30,000 sq. ft. The
subject property is located on the north side of Stevens Creek
Boulevard approximately 100 ft. easterly of Randy Lane.
2. Application HC -51,299. - Key Chevrolet (Paul Weiss) requesting
approval for the installation of a fence along the southerly
perimeter of an automobile sales facility. Said property is
located at the northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and
Stelling Road, in a General Commercial zoning district.
INFORMAL REVIEW:
3. Planting plan for the old Bel Aire Motel site, located on the
west side of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road, northerly of Prospect Road.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
4. Reorganization of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee function.
