NEW BUSINESS:
1. Application HC -51,510.1 - Marius Nelsen requesting modification to existing
sign program in order to allow an additional ground sign and an additional
wall sign., The subject property is located at the northeast corner of Mann
Drive and Stevens Creek Boulevard.
INFORMAL REVIEW OF USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS:
2. Application 27-U-81 - C. Thomas Reeves requesting a Use Permit to allow
construction of a 9,800 sq. ft. office building on approximately .5 acre.
The subject property is located on the west side of Pasadena Avenue approxi-
mately 125 ft, south of Stevens Creek Boulevard.
3. Application 28-U-81 - Monta Vista Properties (Terry Brown) requesting a Use
Permit to construct two single-family residential homes. The subject properties
are located on the south side of Stevens Creek Boulevard. One property is
approximately 125 ft. west of Mann Drive and the other is 250 ft. west of Mann Drive.
OLD BUSINESS:
4. Application HC -51,553.1 - Grosvenor International (Trilogy Systems) requesting
approval to add 54,000 sq. ft. to a previously approved 183,000 sq. ft. light
industrial building. The subject property is located on the north side of the
Junipero Serra Freeway and 700 ft. south of Pruneridge Avenue, approximately
1,300 ft. east of Wolfe Road.
