CONTINUED ITEM:
1. Application 21-U-81 - Clifford C. Beck requesting a Use Permit to allow
construction of 14 residential dwelling units. The subject property
consists of approximately one acre located 250 ft. west of Saratoga -
Sunnyvale Road and 700 ft. south of Wildflower Way, behind Galaxy
Lighting Store.
INFORMAL REVIEW OF USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS:
2. Application 22-U-31 - Happy Daze Preschool requesting a Use Permit to
operate a preschool for approximately 30 children. The subject property
consists of approximately .45 acres located on the south side of Cali
Avenue, 170 ft. east of De Anza Boulevard.
