NEW BUSINESS:
1. Application HC -51,299.1 - Key Chevrolet requesting approval of landscape plan
and fencing per Conditions 16 and 17 of Resolution 2166. The subject property
is located in the northeast quadrant of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stelling
Road.
INFORMAL REVIEW OF USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS:
2. Application 21-U-81 - Clifford C. Beck requesting a Use Permit to allow
construction of 14 residential dwelling units. The subject property
consists of approximately 1 acre located 250 feet west of Saratoga -Sunnyvale
Road and 700 feet south of Wildflower Way, behind the Galaxy Lighting Store.
3. Application 1-CDPR3-81 - Robert Merrick requesting approval of a Conceptual
Development Plan to construct a 3 -unit apartment building. The subject
property consists of 22 acres located easterly of Alpine Drive approximately
380 feet south of Foothill Boulevard.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
4. Application 17-U-80 - Woodspring Condominiums - Informal review of site,
architecture and landscaping modifications for a 67 -unit residential condo-
minium development. The subject Droperty is located southerly of Homestead
Road at the intersection of Fallen Leaf Lane.
