PUBLIC HEARING
USE PERMIT APPLICATION:
1. Application 27-U-80 - The Villas at Lake Mariani - A Use Permit
to construct approximately 533 condominium units within an 18.5 +
acre P (Planned Development with Residential, 20-35 dwelling units per
gross acre intent) zone. The subject property is located on the
southeast quadrant of the intersection of Homestead Road and De Anza
Boulevard.
