Application 2-GPA-83 of CITY OF CUPERTINO (VALLCO PARK PLANNING AREA): GENERAL PLAN LAND USE AMENDMENT which proposes to shift the location of a 72(3 room hotel from Pruneridge Avenue to Vallco Parkway; expand the size of the Vallco Park Fashion Plaza (shopping center) by approximately 300,000 sq. -Ft. and to modify the Vallco Park Construction Phasing Memo. The Memo regulates the location and timing of building construction in Vallco Park commensurate with specific street improvements. The proposed modification of the Construction Phasing Memo woultt permit approximately 225,000 sq. -ft. of Corporate and Research and Development (R & D) office space to be constructed ahead of schedule contingent upon a new road construction plan based upon updated traffic information. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration., First Hearing. 2. Application 1-Z-83 of VALLCO PARK, LTD.: REZONING approximately 42 acres from OP (Professional Office) and CO (General Commercial) to P (Planned Development with commercial, office and hotel intent) zoning district or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. The rezoning is requested to permit construction of a hotel and approximately 1.6 million sq. ft. mixed use development consisting of multi -story office and commercial expansion to the Vallco Fashion Park Regional Shopping Center. The subject property is located on the north side of Stevens Creek Boulevard, east side of Wolfe Road, south side of Vallco Parkway and at the northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Tantau Avenue. First Hearing continued. PC -419 Planning Commission Agenda - June 27, 198= Application 17-U-8-= of TOWN CENTER PROPERTIES (JASON CHARTIER): USE PERMIT to construct 232 attached residential condominium units and a four story, 81,500 sq. ft. office building and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. The subject property is located between Stevens Creek Boulevard and Rodrigues Avenue east of the future extension of Torre Avenue in a Planned Development with commercial, office, and residential, 15-30 dwelling units per gross acre intent) zoning district.
