PUBLIC HEARING:
1. CITY OF CUPERTINO: PUBLIC HEARING to consider a Specific
Plan for properties located on both sides of Stevens Creek
Boulevard between Stelling Road on the west, and Stern Avenue
on the east. The primary function of the Specific Plan is to
incorporate existing General Plan land use and circulation
policies into a single document. The Plan also incorporates
detailed urban design policies. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The
Environmental Review Committee determined that the project
impacts were previously assessed as part of the Environmental
Impact Report for General Plan Amendment 1 -SPA -80. First
Hearing continued. Tentative City Council hearing date -
December 5, 1983.
