PUBLIC HEARING:
1. Application 14-U-83 of JOSE LOPEZ/DAN DIANDA: USE PERMIT to
construct two detached single-family houses and ENVIRONMENTAL
REVIEW: The project is categorically exempt, hence, no
action is required. The subject property is located on the
east side of Peninsula Boulevard approximately 250 ft. south
of University Way in a P (Planned Development with
residential intent) zoning district. First Hearing
continued. Tentative City Council hearing date -
October 17, 1983.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
2. Applications 4-U-82 and 12-U-82 of WILLIAM K. k:ELLEY -
Request for interpretation that height, site and building
material changes are minor and request approval of said
changes, in accordance with Condition No. 17 of Planning
Commission Resolution No. 2306 and Condition No. 17 of the
City Council action letter dated March 22, 1983.
